## Space
You'll have access to a 250 m² part of the Mas, comprising 5 suites (30 to 40 m²), each with private bathroom and toilet, a shared living room and a large kitchen and dining room. Please note that the kitchen and dining room are not adjacent to the rest of the Mas. You need to go outside to access them.
Each suite is equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort in summer.
Secure private parking for 5 to 6 vehicles.

## Access

All outdoor spaces are shared between the owners and travelers in the different rental areas.
Access to the 6,000m² park, the 4x8 m secure swimming pool.
The vast park offers a variety of spaces to relax and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of the countryside, share meals and moments of relaxation, as well as facilities for outdoor entertainment (pétanque court, volleyball-badminton, table tennis, table soccer).
A wellness area with jacuzzi is available on the estate, and can be booked in advance for a massage. (For jacuzzi and massage rates, please contact us).

## Interaction

We live in part of the farmhouse on the property, and will be delighted to welcome you and give you advice on visits, outings and restaurants.
We are in contact with local producers, educational farms and will be happy to recommend places to discover in the region!

## Neighborhood

In the countryside, very quiet setting, close to all village amenities (supermarket, bakery, greengrocer, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, tobacconist, bar, several restaurants including a gourmet restaurant, pizzeria, etc.).
10-minute walk to the river, 5-minute drive to Parc Spirou and Wave Island water park, and Lake Monteux.

L'Isle sur Sorgues, the Venice of Comtadine, is a village that lives to the rhythm of its river, where a superb outdoor market takes place every Sunday morning. It's also Europe's third-largest flea market.
40 minutes (40 km) away, the Pont du Gard, a masterpiece of ancient architecture.
Mont Ventoux, the symbol of Provence, is 45 minutes (40 km) away.
And if you're in the mood for the beach, Marseille and its many beaches (calanques de Cassis) are just 1 hour away.
You can also visit the many Provencal villages where you'll find local producers, educational farms, farmers and market gardeners selling local produce.
