Hôtel magnifique situé direct. s/place principale
Pros:J'au vraiment tout apprécié aussi bien les chambres que le restaurant qui est excellent, très bon service.
Cons:Pour moi aucun tout était parfait
Location:Plein centre ville,tout peut être fait à pieds, à quelques minutes un parc génial qui en fait tout le tour, les monuments sont tous proximités, le TOP
Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel qui est magnifique, les chambres sont superbes, la salle de bains est énorme et tout est extrêmement propre, les pièces sont grandes enfin un vrai palace qui se situe en
plein centre de Cracovie et sur la place principale avec une terrasse géniale
Cette ville est propre, vraiment propre aucun déchet, les gens
sont vraiment respectueux et sont très gentils
La nourriture est excellente, la vie là-bas est vraiment géniale
Une sécurité total que du bonheur je ne peux que vous conseiller de vous rendre là-bas.

Rauhallinen hotelli, jonka sijainti on paras mahdollinen
Edellä todetun lisäksi plussaa tulee siisteydestä. Huoneemme oli pienehkö. Kahvi tuntui olevan ongelma koko hotellissa. Huoneessa oli vain yrttiteetä ja aamiaisella sai pyynnöstä kupillisen "konekahvia". Toisena aamuna ruoka buffet-pöydästä loppui osittain, eikä sitä koskaan tuotu lisää. Ruoka ja palvelu Milano-ravintolassa olivat erinomaisia, mutta itse hotellin henkilökunta ei valitettavasti ollut 5 tähden tasoa.

Great short break
The hotel is right on the central square so the location is perfect. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an early morning flight and got to the hotel at about 11.30am, we were invited to have a complimentary coffee of our choice in the coffee shop and within 15 minutes our room key was brought to us. This meant that we could unpack and then go and explore. The hotel arranged our trips to Auschwitz and the salt mines and this was very competitively priced and easy to organise. I found the breakfast very good, you could have anything and everything from a cooked breakfast to fruit and yoghurt and prosecco to a cup of tea. There was always something to set you up nicely for the full day ahead. The room comfort was great and the free wifi was adequate, I had to use the complimentary desktop which worked quicker than the room wifi however, this was not a problem. The toiletries in the bathroom were very good and always replenished. 1 word of warning, we were on the 3rd floor and often walked the stairs however, they were hard work but there is a lift which I did admit defeat too on some occasions. As my final word, I'd go back tomorrow.
