Excellent friendly staff especially at main desk and staff who serve breakfast. Nice and clean all the time , will definitely go back. Thank you

Decent four star hotel in Amman

Positives: - Comfortable, clean, modern, quiet rooms - Free wifi, worked well - Friendly staff - Near busy road from which a taxi can easily be hailed (1-2 JD to downtown) - Decent security - I was frisked and my bag x-rayed every time I went in - Quick room service - Gym and massage facilities available Negatives: - No alcohol - No information or assistance given about excursions around Amman / Jordan - Shania Twain is played at loud volume every day in the breakfast room. Have they no mercy. - Felt slightly empty - e.g. alone at lunch one day
