Need transportation? We work with a trusted network of professional drivers and offer reliable private minibus transfers (7–8 guests). A fixed rate of €55 per trip applies for transfers to and from Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. For other destinations, we're happy to arrange a tailor-made quote.

Your Personal Boarding Pass & Concierge

From the moment you book, you'll receive access to your digital boarding pass with everything you need to prepare your stay. It includes check-in information, the digital guest handbook, local recommendations, and access to our concierge services and trusted local partners.



We're happy to arrange almost everything in advance, including breakfast and lunch buffets, private chefs, BBQ meat packages ready upon arrival, massages, yoga or meditation sessions, canal cruises, Amsterdam city tours, nightlife recommendations, group-friendly restaurants, festival transport, and much more. Online grocery and liquor delivery before arrival is also available (service fee: €25).



DJ Booth & Entertainment

Whether you're hosting a business meeting, presentation, birthday, private party or celebration, the villa is fully equipped with a professional sound system, Sonos speakers throughout the property, and wireless microphones. Our professional DJ booth is available to rent for €150–€200—simply bring your USB stick and you're ready to play.



Music: Portable music speakers or music boxes are not allowed outdoors at any time

Additional Guests

The standard nightly rate includes up to 16 guests. For groups of more than 16 guests, an additional fee of €50 per person, per night applies. Payment upon arrival is preferred.



Security Deposit

A refundable €250 security deposit is required before arrival and can easily be paid through your digital boarding pass by credit card. The deposit is refunded within 24–48 hours after check-out, following the final cleaning and inspection, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.



Groups of 26+ Guests

Travelling with more than 26 guests? Upon request, the connected management residence can be added to accommodate larger groups. Pricing is available on request.
