Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Girdwood condo! Featuring 2 beds, 2 baths, and a total of 3 beds (w/couch) accommodates most groups. Newer built condo complex featuring the Alaskan charm and feel with a view of the surrounding mountains.



The Space:

3rd floor condo located in the secured building on a quite street. Lots of outside parking next to the building. Featuring 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch; 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs; full kitchen with all amenities; hot tub that is overlooking to the mountains.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (elevator is available if needed).



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential street and neighborhood. Close to the city grocery market, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, Girdwood brewery, quick drive to the Alyeska resort and ski lifts. Girdwood shuttle access is close access for free public transportation around Girdwood.



Getting Around:

Walk to the Mercantile, Raw Market, restaurants (Spoonline, Chair 5) , Girdwood brewing or take the shuttle around Girdwood or closer to the mountains.



Other Things to Note:

This is a quiet building: quiet hours to be observed after 9pm and until 8am. no pets and absolutely no parties.



Hot tub availability subject to maintenance; occasional closures possible. No compensation for closures.



For our VRBO bookings: if you are to cancel, we are unable to refund Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund. We appreciate your understanding to that matter.
