Getting around Anchorage from this home is easy and convenient. The property is located in a quiet, established neighborhood with quick access to major roads, making it simple to walk to downtown Anchorage, the airport, hospitals, shopping, dining and local attractions.



Most guests choose to rent a car, which is highly recommended for flexibility—especially for exploring trails, scenic drives, and areas outside the city center. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, and taxis are also an option.



The neighborhood is walkable for nearby residential streets and local parks, and several trail systems are just a short drive away. In winter months, allow extra time for travel due to snow and road conditions, and plan accordingly.

Other Things to Note:

This is street parking in front of the condo building (ignore the permit sign). Do not park on the meters or on Elderberry Park Parking lot.



We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
