This lovely three-bedroom apartment offers a central location, close to the airport & train station & only minutes from hospitals. A perfect home for a larger group or corporate stays. Smart TVs in each bedroom & the living room with streaming services & Hi-speed internet. Corporate Crew & staff members can have their own space and privacy.
Our gardens have been featured by the Anchorage Garden Club. Comfortable outdoor seating amongst luscious flowers and herbs and water features. If you enjoy preparing meals, you are welcome to snip some herbs for your culinary creations.
In the winter months, our gardens turn into "light" when we install thousands of white lights on the property.
Moose often wander down the street and in the driveway! Bald Eagles are seen overhead.
You are minutes from Alaska's famous coastal trail that follows the coast from downtown to Kincaid Park and beyond. Whether walking, biking, or running, the coastal trail system allows you to enjoy breathtaking views, lush greenery, and creeks without having to cross a busy street. You may even be fortunate enough to see a moose or two!
Some of the city's best dining from Thai/Vietnamese; Momma O's fresh halibut; Rustic Goat; Tommy's Burger Stop, Moose's Tooth/Bear Tooth Pizza; The Roadhouse; Bear Tooth; Gwennie's Alaska enormous breakfasts; and Mexican-most of which are within walking distance from this home!
