The Moose Loft is one half of a 2-unit duplex with a share back yard.

The Moose Loft is tucked into a quiet Anchorage neighborhood with no thru traffic, making it especially peaceful and safe. You’ll be just minutes from local shops and dining, yet surrounded by tall trees, open skies, and the occasional moose strolling by, uniquely Alaska.
We share this area with some pretty incredible neighbors, moose. They wander through from time to time, usually just passing by. If you see one, the best thing you can do is enjoy the moment from a safe distance.

Please do not approach or try to interact with them in any way. If you find yourself too close, stay calm and move slowly in the opposite direction to give them plenty of space. Moose are beautiful but also unpredictable, and they can become aggressive if they feel crowded or startled.

Think of it like having a giant neighbor drop by. Admire them, but let them have the right of way.
