This charming 2-room apartment located in a new residence can accommodate up to 4 people. You will be seduced by its brightness, modern and warm decoration. The large balcony terrace will allow you to have breakfast, lunch, and aperitif while enjoying the basin air and surrounding nature.
The apartment is located in the heart of the residence, on the 1st floor of the building.

The Le Parc des Verdiers residence is ideally located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Andernos les Bains (26bis rue des chasseurs), 3 minutes from the city center. You can access the city center by car or bicycle thanks to the bike path located 100m from the residence.
In July and August, we welcome you every day except Saturday.
Animals are welcome but access to the sofa and beds is prohibited, and the accommodation must be cleared of hair and droppings before your departure.
It is forbidden to organize a party in this accommodation, the residence is quiet and must remain so.
Non-smoking accommodation
Deposit to be paid by bank card: you will receive an email in the week preceding your arrival. The deposit will not be debited.
Andernos les bains is a city with over 12,000 inhabitants that is alive all year round, with 1 cinema, a covered public swimming pool, 1 skate park, 1 city stadium, several playgrounds for children, a padel room, a laser game... You can stroll through the pedestrian street to shop, eat an ice cream or a crepe, walk on the pier (the longest in France offering a unique panorama of the Basin, the Tchanquées cabins, the bird island...) or eat oysters in one of the multiple tastings at the port.
The natural site of Quinconces and will also liquidate to discover the fauna and flora of the Arcachon Basin and walk to ArĂšs.
Without forgetting the Domaine de Certes (Audenge), the ornithological reserve of Teich, the Aqualand park (Gujan Mestas), the Ladybug Park and Kid Park (Gujan Mestras).
One hour south, you will not be able to come to the basin without visiting Arcachon and the winter city and then climbing the Dune du Pilat.
40 minutes to the north, you will visit the Cap Ferret Peninsula, its 10 villages, its oyster ports, the Cap Ferret lighthouse, the panoramic view from the Cap-Ferret point, the ice creams from Frédhélian, the Bélisaire jetty, the little train...
The vast network of bicycle paths in the Gironde will allow you to tour the basin by bike, connect to ocean beaches, Cap Ferret, or even Arcachon for the most motivated cyclists.
Maritime shuttles from Uba connect Andernos to Arcachon and Cap Ferret to Arcachon.
The Passe Marée also allows you to reach Arcachon by sea, even at low tide, and it also offers boat trips on the basin, departing from Andernos.
On the Basin side, you will find a multitude of small beaches between ArĂšs and Andernos, but you will have to wait for high tide to swim, except at the Saint Brice Lake (ArĂšs), a small water retention area in the basin, which allows swimming regardless of the tide.
With children, you will love the Betey beach (Andernos), where you can enjoy a children's playground directly on the beach, taste ice cream, crepes... in the small beach snack bar, have a picnic in the shade of pine trees and swim at high tide.
On the Atlantic Ocean side, the Grand Crohot beach is the ocean beach closest to Andernos (about 20 minutes by car), but you will find a multitude of beaches more or less crowded, more or less accessible, along the kilometers of coastline offered by the Atlantic Ocean.
In summer, Cap 33 offers a multitude of free sports activities accessible to everyone (see the online program).

Andernos Market: every Friday morning outdoors and covered market (open depending on the season)

Cap Ferret Market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September, then on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays for the rest of the year
Piraillan Market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September
You can do your shopping in the supermarkets of Andernos: Intermarché, Netto, Carrefour City, Shopi or in Ares: Leclerc, Lidl.
In summer and winter, the basin is lively all year round thanks to local events:

Cabins in celebration on the first Saturday of December
The Andernos Jazz Festival at the end of July
Finally, let's not forget Lacanau, Soulac-sur-Mer, Bordeaux, the vineyards of MĂ©doc and its castles...
