There is also a loft area that includes another living space with a sectional full size sofabed, oversized beanbag, Smart TV, books and boardgames. The home also offers a home office with a desk, printer, monitor and twin futon.
The upscale kitchen is well stocked if you prefer to entertain or cook your favorite meal. There is a double oven, Keurig Duo w/ 12 Cup Drip Coffee Maker and K-Cup, Crock Pot, Air Fryer, Blender & Toaster. We also have an additional Kitchenette on the lower level of the home that has a second refrigerator, oven, washer & dryer, and utility sink.
*The garage will not be accessible to guests, however there is plenty of parking on the property. Also located on the property is a guest house that may be owner/tenant occupied, however the guests privacy will be maintained and respected. Owner/tenant will cause no interuption to guests vacation ( no use of dock or main house grounds, and seperate driveway will be used for parking).
Bring your boat or jet ski's to the large covered dock that can be accessed on foot by a gentle slope to stairs. Enjoy the large Watermat, 2 Paddleboards, 4 Person Paddleboat, 2 Person Kayak, or some fishing off the dock. Don't forget to check out our walking/hiking trail through the woods to the waterfall located on the property or gather around the firepit for S'mores and great memories! Lake Hartwell has fluctuating water levels, and typically during the Fall and Winter months the water level is lower.
