Eat meals together at the large dining table with seating for ten, or at the small breakfast table with four chairs, and two more at the kitchen bar. Down the hall are a half bathroom and laundry room. The new full-sized washer and dryer will make laundry a breeze during your stay. The master bedroom is also on this level and has a queen-sized bed. The adjoining master bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs is a loft where you can take in the beautiful views. The kids will enjoy playing with the air-hockey table. There is another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The bottom level is a walk-out basement with a second family room and kitchen. There are also two more bedrooms – one with a queen-sized bed and the other a queen-sized bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The third bathroom is on this level and has a shower/tub combo. INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

All our properties are maintained by snowplows and we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. But please be prepared! A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
