Beautiful modern 2-room apartment of 50m² located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, in the city and just a short walk from the centre. Perfectly suited for a solo stay, as a couple or with a child, this accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people.

Independent fully equipped kitchen: Induction hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (SENSEO), crockery and kitchen utensils and dining table.

Located in an iconic neighbourhood of Angers, in the city, just a few minutes from the centre, this accommodation benefits from an ideal location, close to shops, restaurants and public transport.



No private parking (Free parking 50 metres from the accommodation, Rue Garnier).

Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
