The property comprises a large, peaceful garden, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a TV lounge on the ground floor, and a WC. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which also has a single bed. A games room equipped with everything needed for fun is also available.

The property is accessible by road and you can park for free on site, to the right of the very small house that also belongs to the owner.

🔑 The key box is located to the right of the white gate. It contains the keys to the house and the gate. The access code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Please scramble the code after use.

🚪 Check-out: before 10:00 AM — return the keys to the key box and scramble the code after closing.

🚗 It is advisable to come by car so that you can get around the region more easily.

Before leaving the property, please:

🍽️ Wash the dishes and tidy the kitchen
🗑️ Take out all the rubbish and place it in the appropriate recycling bins (note: transparent bags are mandatory). No rubbish should be left inside the property — a flat fee may be charged otherwise.
🛏️ Remove the bed sheets and towels and leave them in a pile in the entrance of the property
🪟 Close all shutters and windows
🌡️ Turn the heating down to a minimum
🔑 Return the keys to the key box and scramble the code after closing
🧳 Do a final check of the property to make sure you haven't left anything behind
⚠️ Please report any issues that occurred during your stay before our cleaning team's check-out inspection
