As you enter the villa, you'll be welcomed into a warm and inviting living area, featuring a lounge/dining space and an open-plan kitchen that is fully fitted with modern appliances (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, and extractor fan). Adjacent to the living room is an extra room that can serve as an office or guest bedroom, furnished with a pull-out IKEA trundle bed that sleeps two.

The living area opens onto a large, south-facing wooden terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, dining table and chairs, a sun awning, and of course, the private saltwater pool—perfect for cooling off on sunny days.
The sleeping area includes two comfortable double bedrooms (each with a 160 cm bed and storage), a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink, and a separate toilet with hand basin. A utility room with a beach-return shower, washing machine and dryer is also available.
A garage is at your disposal for storing luggage, bicycles, golf bags, or beach gear.
