Great location for food and night life

We were there over the long 4th weekend and thought the location was great and apartment itself was exactly as advertised. So many options for coffee, drinks, food, etc all within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed the stay.

Clean and quiet with a view.

Really enjoyed the layout. We each had our own king bed and we did not have to share a bathroom. Huge perk! The location was amazing, really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we went. We had a great stay and will definitely book again next year.

Wonderful Stay!

This apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were in town to watch a Michigan football game and this place was in a perfect location, right downtown Ann Arbor. Close enough to walk to all the downtown spots, campus, and a short walk to the stadium on gameday. The building had a wonderful rooftop area for relaxing in the evening. Would highly recommend this location and host. We will be looking to stay here for all of our future trips to Ann Arbor!

Place was very clean. And in a great location. Checkin annd out processes were extremely easy to follow. Only two complaints I have is that mop heads were left in washer and all bedding sheets were left in dryer from cleaning team. Also, the door of main shower was broken

Downtown apartment

This apartment was all that it was advertised to be. It was really convenient to downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen was nice, and big enough to actually cook in. I saw the comments about the bar noise, and they were accurate, but it was not enough to keep any of us from sleeping. Loved all the big windows, I'm sure they would be even nicer in the summer! I would stay here again.

It was everything that was advertised. Walking distance to everything. The outside noise was tolerable. The unit was clean and the property manager was very responsive. The sky deck was awesome. very nice property

I stayed at this property for 1 month. It's spacious and well furnished with nice large windows for natural light during the day. It was well stocked (towels, shampoo, toilet paper, etc..) which made the stay much easier. I really enjoyed the fitness room and the parking was convenient. The location is central to Ann Arbor and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The property is a little noisy given the location next to some nightlife, but it's definitely worth considering if visiting Ann Arbor.

Air conditioner broken during heat wave

We've stayed here before and was happy with it. This time was different. Walked into an 84 degree unit. Notified the host that there was an issue. Next day it was still having problems. We left after day 2 of 4 to go to a hotel because it was over 100 outside and they didn't fix the air. Asked for a discount for the two days due to no air and a refund if the two days we weren't going to stay. Received the 2 day refund but no discount on the two terrible days spent there. Communication with the host was slow and clearly automated. We won't go back. Unfortunate as the location was great.

Good but not great

There were a few negatives with this property: 1) location is directly across the street from a very popular bar with an outdoor patio and a food truck arrives around 2am 2) the train came by twice early Friday morning, blowing it's whistle and 3) property has damaged carpet, the coffee table has water rings (no coasters were provided) and the master shower doors seem to have been repurposed from a tub enclosure, so you risk hitting your head when entering or exiting. Positives: 1) the main living space separates the bedrooms, ensuring privacy 2) the roof deck and game room are amazing 3) communication with property manager was excellent as was the check in/out process. Overall, we loved being in the downtown area of Ann Arbor, close to everything. The restaurants and stores are eclectic and within walking distance. The negatives wouldn't stop us from staying here again!
