WE COULD NOT and DID NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY‼️ Expedia booking was for a We went to check in and the Entire property REEKED of MARIJUANA. One workers was out front smoking a joint. When speaking to the Front Desk Clerk he advised he knows but there isn’t anything he can do. I advised your sign says NO SMOKING and I paid for a NON-SMOKING room. It is against MICHIGAN LAW to allow POT SMOKING in a HOTEL where there are guests present. Myself and my guest cannot be around POT smoking.
I contacted Expedia and was advised by the Rep my room is NONREFUNDABLE. AFTER SPEAKING FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME THE EXPEDIA Customer Service Center “Rapport” said he would call the hotel, which he said he tried the number but couldn’t get through (I went back in and told the Front Desk Expedia was going to call him, no call came through). After asking to speak to his Supervisor he said he would request a refund be issued and I will receive an email.
Secondly, I booked a HANDICAPPED room and Room 123 which I was viewed was NOT HANDICAPPED and the floor was completely soaken wet…and I advised the Front Desk Clerk who told me yes it was handicapped… he argued it was and said he had no other handicapped rooms…. This room was not‼️‼️Expedia misrepresented this Hotel by #1 advertising it as NONSMOKING Hotel and #2 selling me a handicapped room and it wasn’t in working order. There is no way I could stay at this hotel. DISGUSTING. I DEMAND EXPEDIA GIVE A FULL REFUND.
