Welcome to a holiday home like no other, Surfers Paradise Port Stephens, set in what can only be described as the most iconic location imaginable. From the moment you arrive, your eyes will be drawn to the endless panorama stretching across the golden sands of Birubi Beach, the rolling dunes, and the sparkling coastline that reaches all the way down to Newcastle. Every day begins and ends with a view that will leave you absolutely amazed.

Upstairs, the main living area is the heart of the home. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the ocean right inside, and the open design flows out to the covered deck, perfect for relaxed meals or simply sitting back and watching the waves. The natural light create an easy coastal feel that instantly puts you into holiday mode. While the kitchen and bathrooms are older in style, they are well-kept and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy the charm of a traditional beach house while knowing the essentials are taken care of.

There’s space for everyone, with two living areas to spread out. Upstairs is open and airy, while downstairs you’ll find a rumpus room with a pool table and TV, a great spot for teenagers or for enjoying a quiet game in the evening. The master suite is a haven with its own ensuite and sliding doors onto the deck, so you can start your day with sea breezes and ocean views. Comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of options, including one room upstairs and one downstairs have king zip bed that can be set up as either a king or two long singles. A futon bed in the rumpus area adds even more flexibility for families and groups (for children only and additional fee).

Please note: only the top floor of the home has ducted air-conditioning. The ground floor bedroom (with two long singles) and the rumpus room with pool table, futon, and lounge are not air-conditioned.

After a swim, surf or a long walk on the beach, the extra shower and toilet downstairs make life easy, and with two covered patios, outdoor living is part of the experience all year round. A double lock-up garage keeps everything secure, and Anna Bay village is just a two-minute drive for shops and essentials.

The best part is everything right on your doorstep. Wander down to Birubi Beach for a surf, camel rides, quad bike tours, and swimming adventures, take the kids to the nearby park and BBQ areas, or head out on the spectacular Tomaree Coastal Walk. Whether you’re here to explore or simply to relax by the sea, this home gives you the perfect base for making special memories.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults & 2 Children. The futon bed will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 10.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking;
Futon Bed $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire. Children only.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

Dog Accepted on application - 2 Small/medium dogs $100 per pet fee applies to booking's. Strictly no pets on any furniture within the property

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable $150. Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
