This home configuration is a combination of two suites, each with its own kitchen, so it's an ideal situation for extended families and groups of friends. The 21 Palms Unit A living space enjoys fun and beachy décor, lots of comfortable furniture, and plenty of natural light. The living room features a TV and a small, private library. Next to the library, the kitchen's breakfast bar doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. The living room also includes access to the private lanai furnished with plenty of comfy seating, the ideal place to enjoy a favorite novel while waking up with your morning coffee. The full kitchen will make every meal a joy to prepare, with stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator, ample counter space, and attractive wood cabinetry and accents.

The adjoining suite is a one-bedroom space with a well-dressed living room furnished with a TV, comfy furniture, and a ceiling fan to keep everything cool. You'll also find a small, open kitchen boasting a french-door refrigerator, a breakfast bar, and even a dishwasher to make cleanup a snap.

All told, when it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed and uniquely-decorated bedrooms to take advantage of, one with access to both the furnished patio and the lanai on opposite ends, another with an en suite bath, and the third with access to an outdoor dining space with the nearby tennis court just beyond. When you're not splashing around down at the beach, use one of the home's two gas grills to host a delightful family barbecue while the kids romp around the yard with the family dogs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
