Anna Margaritas is a stunning ground floor home perfectly situated on the North End of the island, located just a block and a half from Bean Point, one of the island's most beautiful and low-key beaches. You will also find yourself just a block from the famous Bay beaches for the best of both worlds.

As you pull up to the home, you'll immediately feel the tropical vibe with lush palms and a bright, beachy exterior. Step inside to discover an open concept kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and a dining set with seating for 6. Perfect for cooking a big vacation dinner or making your own drinks and snacks for pool days at your vacation home.

The spacious living area features a large comfy sofa, loveseat and armchair, providing plenty of space for family movie nights or simply relaxing and chatting in the evenings. A large flat screen with cable access and complimentary Wi-Fi keep you connected to the outside world. Sliding doors lead out to the back patio with several lounging chairs ideal for indulging in the ocean breeze. You will also find an outdoor table for 6 perfect for alfresco dining.

Anna Margaritas features two full bedrooms plus a bonus bunk bed room with twin over queen bunk perfect for the kiddos. The guest room features a comfortable queen bed, while the master bedroom features a king bed plus luxurious ensuite bathroom.

Outside, you'll find all the amenities needed to embrace the island life. Everyone will enjoy the private, heated pool/spa and patio with plenty of both sun and shade. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles.
