This property is perfect for a family of 4 or group of 4. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Parking was available for up to 2 cars.Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels. There were also beach chairs avaliable for use. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, easy to walk to the beach. Bed was very firm as others have said in their reviews. Very clean accommodations. There are no extras in cupboards like salt/pepper/cooking oil/etc - you must get everything you need at the Publix nearby for your stay. The beach chairs and wagon were nice to have onsite, and I left an umbrella for the next guests since we were flying home. Happy with our stay and AMI! Thanks

How to AMI the Right Way

My family stayed in the adjoining property last year and were thrilled to find this unit available for our trip this year. We absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect. The prooerty management is very attentive to your needs as a guest. This unit has everything that a family needs to enjoy AMI the right way. Staying on AMI doesn't have to break the bank! You can stay close to everything on the north side of the island, have everything you need (including space), and be 2 blocks from the beach. We will gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

No hot water and management has not compensated.

The management company is horrible with customer service. There were no trash cans upon arrival, the yard was not cleaned, garbage and recycling were not picked up. There was noHot water at the kitchen sink and no dishwasher. This was a health issue. The furniture was cheap. Put together furniture with the numbers and letters still on.

Great spot!

This little place was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed - hairdryer, washer/dryer, all the kitchen utensils you would ever need, beach chairs, 4 beach towels, patio table. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Two things that need attention - the bathtub doesn't drain well when someone takes a shower and the king bed mattress isn't very comfy.

The cottage was very clean, king bed was firm and comfortable for us. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed having the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to walk the 2 blocked to the beach. We would stay here again.

Great location at Anna Maria Island

Anna Maria Island is the best beach I’ve ever been to and this location was a great part in this amazing experience we had over there. We stayed on April/2024 for my birthday and it was unforgettably good. Short walking distance to the beach, very very clean, organized. Had everything we needed and even more. Highly recommended

Perfect Place in Paradise

Clean place. Great location within walking distance of pretty much everything. Easy booking and check-in/check-out process. 3 minute walk to the beach, and there was even beach equipment on property. Beach chairs and a few beach toys. This was a perfect rental for us. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location and Unit

I was very happy staying at this location. It was an easy walk to the beach and to Pine Ave and even to the Anna Maria City Pier, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The Unit was as described, clean and safe.
