First of all, we are sorry that you left our facility unhappy. You have chosen an economy room and it is clearly visible in the description of the room where the room is without windows. We researched the bed in the room you are staying in and found that it is 185*200 which is larger than 160*200, which is the standard size in the world. There is also a state-of-the-art Daikin VRV 4 brand bluetooth ventilation system in the room where you stay. I guess you couldn't operate the air conditioner or you couldn't make the adjustment on the touch screen. We also offer our guests the option to upgrade their room. Upgrade fees are very attractive rates. Our advice to you is to check the room descriptions in your next reservations and inform the hotel's management about your desire to change the room you live in without hesitation.If we know the problems during the stay, we can solve them much faster.
