The space
Ready to enjoy a great indoors and the great outdoors? This 3-bedroom apartment has a beautiful interior and large outside space in the form of a terrace with amazing views of the sea.

You can see from your living room just how close the beaches of Juan-Les-Pins are - just a few minutes’ walk away from this 130sq/m apartment that will be exclusively yours during your stay.

The Bedrooms

All three bedrooms are fitted with luxury hotel-quality bed linen and towels for your stay. The master bedroom features a gloriously comfortable queen bed and an en-suite shower room.

The other two bedrooms are configured with 2 single beds in each, which can be joined to form a double in one or both rooms. Just let your hosts know your preferred arrangement before you arrive. The third bedroom has the added bonus of direct access to the terrace.

The Bathrooms

There’s a shower room in the master bedroom, with whoever gets the second and third bedrooms sharing the other bathroom. Like the ensuite, it’s a modern room, this time with a tub and shower overhead. Towels will be provided in both bathrooms.

The Living / Dining Space

Settle back in one of the chairs to browse social media on your devices. Or grab the remote and see what’s on the TV. The large patio doors let plenty of natural light into the space from the terrace, which you can easily access from here. There’s also a dining table and chairs with room for everyone to sit and relax.

The Kitchen

The opposite side of the living room to the terrace is the kitchen. You’ll find it full of modern appliances that will make preparing some home-style cooking a real pleasure. There’s plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer room and there’s a dishwasher. You also have direct access to the terrace from here.

Laundry

You won’t find any hotel rooms with washing machines, so the presence of one in this apartment, along with an iron and ironing board is a real bonus and sure to come in handy.

The Terrace

It’s such a joy to have outside space with a sea view, and that’s exactly what you get here. The terrace is actually a joy any time of day, whether you decide to lunch out there or enjoy evening drinks before heading out. It can be accessed from the living/dining room, the 3rd bedroom, and the kitchen.
