PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:

- Room to park up to three cars: two back to back inside the property and one in front of the gate.
First, let's tour the outside of the house:
- A gorgeous 10m x 5m swimming pool, with sun-bathing lounge chairs.
- A full Southern orientation so you won't miss any sun.
- A first terrace area, in the shade and close to the swimming pool, ideal for cocktails or nap time.
- A second terrace area, set as a dining space, under a bioclimatic pergola.
- A great Weber BBQ, for the best meals on the grill.
- All this secluded from the neighbors' view and located on a tiny street in a quiet residential part of town. (The birds singing at dawn is not considered as a noise disturbance).
Now, time for a tour of the inside. The house is built on two floors:
At ground level, first floor:
- A large main living space, basted in natural light, thanks to its large bay windows, which offers a lounge area (with sofa, fireplace and smart TV), a dining area set for 8 people and an open-floor kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare meals for those 8 people (or keep take out food warm).
- A first parental suite with a large 160cm bed, a closet/dressing, a study/office area and an adjacent shower room.
- A laundry room and toilets complete this first floor.
On the second floor:
- A first bedroom suite with two single beds, closet/dressing and adjacent shower room with toilets.
- A second bedroom with a large 160cm bed, closet/dressing and its own private terrace.
- A third bedroom, ideal for children, with two single beds.
- A separate shower room with toilets complete this second floor.
WHATâS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- The house is located close to the beaches and restaurants in Juan-Les-Pins (less than 5 minutes by car or 15 on foot).
- Shopping for all your daily needs is nearby, within a 3-minute drive: bakery, small grocery store, newsstand, etc...
- You will be able to very easily reach the beaches on the famous Croisette in Cannes within less than 10 to 15 minutes by car, and the town of Antibes in less than 10 minutes.
- If you want to take day trips to major cities and points of interests along the Riviera, you can easily get on the coastal highway within less than 10 minutes and reach Nice, 20-30 minutes away, or Monaco, 40 minutes, as examples.
