THE VILLA
First off, you will enjoy the close proximity to the beaches of Antibes: just a 3-minute walk away (the beach of la Salis). You will also be only minutes away, on foot, from the historic part of Antibes and its neighborhood restaurants, while staying in one of the most famous dead-end street of the city of Cap d'Antibes.
The outside of the villa features a 10m x 4m swimming pool, with its must-have sun-bathing lounge chairs, entirely secluded since it is located behind the villa. To complement the outdoors, you will be able to enjoy a shaded terrace where you can have meals and cocktails al fresco.
The villa is built on 3 levels and offers 220mÂČ of living space decorated with style and refinement:
The first level is set as follows:
- A dining room with a huge dining table that fits 12 people.
- A spacious lounge area with a large-screen TV, comfy sofas, fireplace and a piano (all tuned up!).
- A separate kitchen, well-equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve great meals, or just to make great coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?). The kitchen directly opens to the terrace area to make it easier for outdoor meals.
On the second level:
- Two bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes/dressings, one of them with access to a side balcony.
- One master bedroom suite with a shower room and toilets, large closet/dressing and a flat-screen TV (with only DVD feed, not connected to any network). This master bedroom also open to a side balcony.
- A fourth bedroom with two single beds.
- A separate independent bathroom with toilets complement this floor.
On the third level:
- A large bathroom (with quite a unique decor for a bathroom), with tub, shower and toilets.
- A fifth bedroom with two single beds and a comfy sofa with a bunch of pillows to top it off (but please, no pillow fight!).
- A study/leisure room with a desk, a huge sofa and a sound system (for a relaxing musical break).
To sum it all, this is the ideal place for a relaxing break from the daily life, where you can pick you spot by the pool, on the shaded terrace, or in a comfy sofa listening to music. Yet, so close to the city's activities when you need them!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Young and older children are of course welcome, however babies cannot be accommodated at all. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.
WHATâS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
In addition to being located in close walking distance to the the beaches and the heart of the city of Antibes, you will be able to enjoy the following points of interest, by car:
- The town of Juan-Les-Pins, with its beaches, gourmet restaurants and its Casino, 3 minutes away by car.
- The city of Cannes, featuring its famous Croisette seafront, its beaches and its Casino as well, less than 20 minutes away by car.
- The picturesque medieval village of Biot, in the Provencal inland part of the Riviera, or the marine park attraction of Marineland, to say hello to the killer whales. Less than 20 minutes away as well.
- The A8 coastal highway, that can take you either to Nice, Monaco and even Italy on the East side, or Saint Tropez and more of the inland Provence villages on the West side.
And if you are here for high-tech business, the villa is only 15-20 minutes from the Sophia-Antipolis Technopole.

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, plus public parking 4 minutes away on foot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
