A great holiday destination, Caleta de Fuste offers an array of local and international cuisines, bars, beach and a luscious 18-hole golf course. Alternatively, days are best spent soaking up the rays poolside back at the villa. The private heated* pool also comes with complimentary pool heating during the months of November - April, as well as the added bonus of pool towels.

Outside, this property showcases a private pool where you can cool off from the hot sun. Offering ample sunshine all year round, the swimming pool is a welcomed and much-loved addition. Equipped with a garden kitchen, this villa embraces outdoor and island living. Enjoy meals prepared on the barbeque in the al fresco dining area shaded with a pergola and on those warm evenings relax on the terrace in the sunken chill out area.

Inside, the interior is modern throughout with contemporary details. Designed with socialising in mind, the living room with a large smart TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are open-plan with a dining table to accommodate six guests. The bedrooms all located on the ground floor are spacious and have air conditioning for your comfort.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 75cm. The terrace is accessed via the lower ground floor, either by the internal or external staircase. There is a staircase leading from the parking area to the pool area. The terrace is flat with a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. There are steps down to the sunken seating area. This can be seen in the images. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and all doors are 70cm wide.
