Welcome to Peak Comfort of Apex. Your party will be close to everything when you choose to stay at this centrally-located home. This 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home is designed to allow adequate space for larger groups.

Peak comfort of Apex is less than 10 minutes from Lake Wheeler Park which offers boat rentals, fishing, playgrounds, etc. We are also less than 15 minutes from Downtown Apex which offers unique shops, restaurants, bakeries and breweries.
The space
Peak Comfort of Apex provides plenty of space for larger groups.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and attached master bath with stand up shower.
The second bedroom features two queen beds and finally the third bedroom has one queen bed. These bedrooms share the additional bathroom.
All three bedrooms have Roku TVs. The home has high speed internet so that you can use your favorite streaming apps. The comfortable family room features a sectional sofa and additional large screen Roku TV. The kitchen table seats 7 comfortably and has a leaf located in the laundry room if you have the need for a bigger table.
Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for large groups. The coffee station offers a kuerig and a traditional coffee pot.
The game room/family room is filled with family fun games and a foosball table.
Separate laundry room has full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The home sits on a 1 acre lot with a very large back yard which allows for lots of outdoor fun.
There is a large patio with propane fire pit and 6 Adirondack chairs. There is outdoor dining for 10 and an outdoor grill.
