The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful three-level villa 🏡, the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking comfort and unforgettable views.
On the first level, you’ll find an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a cozy lounge, as well as a separate bedroom with two single beds and direct access to a spacious balcony overlooking the sea 🌊—the ideal spot to start your day with coffee or unwind at sunset. The second level offers another open-plan area with a fireplace, a dining table, and a second fully equipped kitchen, along with two single sofa beds to comfortably host extra guests.
The top level features two generous double bedrooms 🛏, one with its own fireplace, both opening onto a wide porch where you can soak in incredible views of the coast and surrounding landscape. The villa has three bathrooms in total—two with showers 🚿 and one with a bathtub 🛁—making it convenient for larger groups.
Step outside and discover a spacious wooden deck designed for relaxation, a large pool cleaned every three days 🏊‍♂️, and an outdoor dining area with a big BBQ where you can prepare meals with local ingredients and enjoy long evenings under the stars. Little ones can play safely in the garden playground, while adults relax by the pool or sip a drink with the breathtaking scenery in the background. The Neighborhood:
The villa is located in Plaka, perched above a lush green canyon and overlooking the sparkling blue bay of Souda 🌊. Just 2 km away lies the charming seaside village of Almirida, home to an award-winning sandy beach and a lively waterfront atmosphere. Within only 400m, you’ll reach the picturesque village of Plaka, where you can find a mini market for daily essentials, traditional tavernas serving Mediterranean and Cretan flavors, and cozy coffee shops.

A short drive (5 km) takes you to Kalyves, a larger village offering everything you might need: supermarkets, banks, post office, internet cafés, and a long organized beach lined with restaurants and cafés. The wider area is blessed with a variety of beaches to suit every taste — from organized stretches with sunbeds and beach bars to more secluded coves. Some nearby favorites include Almirida (2.2 km), Vraskos (2.2 km), Zeys Bay (2.4 km), Koutalas (3.8 km), Keras (3.8 km) and Kalyves (6.5 km).
