This stunning 3-bedroom villa takes traditional stone and Greek Contemporary architecture with modern interiors to a higher level. With the open floor plan and the 2-story high wood beam ceiling you feel at ease as soon as you step through the door. Natural light flows through the large windows with views to nearby villages, mountains, forest, and the never-ending olive groves.

Ground floor
From the front door, you enter straight to the living room, which opens into a great room with a sweeping golden Cretan stone arch leading to the kitchen. High end furniture expresses immaculate taste with an eye for details. There’s a 65” smart Samsung tv with surround sound Sonos audio system and excellent WiFi.
Walk straight out on to the terrace, take a breath and experience the endless views.

Both bedrooms come with queen size beds. They’re located on the ground floor with luxury bedding and blackout curtains to ensure your dream sleep. With screens on windows and doors you can choose between the soft breeze of fresh air or your favourite temperature from the air-conditioning.

The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances from Bosch, Electrolux, as well as kitchen- and tableware. The American style side by side fridge makes sure you have space for all the refreshments your heart desires. The exclusive marble table with comfortable chairs, sets the stage for long dinners in good company.

Mezzanine
From the living room a spiral staircase takes you to the mezzanine above where you find the study, the second hotel quality bathroom with luxury rain shower and plush towels.
The twin bedroom has two 90*200cm beds and with a roof window you can fall asleep looking at the stars. Aircon in both study and bedroom.
The high wood beam ceiling stretches above the entire living space and brings all together in beautiful harmony.

The outdoor
Stepping out on the terrace nature opens, with The White Mountains so close it feels like you can just reach out and touch them. With more than 50 peaks above 2000 meters/ 6500 feet tall they create an impressive view. The expansive view has all the best of Crete with endless olive groves, charming villages, and the sound of sheep bells. The terrace is spacious so that you can enjoy all meals outside and still have space for your morning yoga or stretching routine. Mats available upon request. High quality BBQ on the terrace. The bougainvillea drapes over to the terrace adding colour to the surrounding palettes of green.
Stepping down to the pool deck you have sun loungers and parasols to relax when not in the infinity pool. A well-maintained flower bed circles the pool deck bringing scents with each season.

The contemporary deck with the sunken hot tub lifts you even closer to the mountains, and starlit skies have never felt so close unspoiled from city lights.

The villa is located a short stroll from Douliana with its community café and a traditional taverna. Maybe you get to try the local Antikristo on a Sunday (Note: aim for late lunch, at evening they are more likely to be sold out). There are numerous hiking possibilities through olive groves accompanied by the sound of sheep bells and stopping for refreshments or coffee at the local kafenio in another village.
