Escape to this remote home nestled ontop the Aptos hills. The house provides panoramic white water ocean views with a large open floor plan, and a gourmet kitchen. Wake up to an ocean view from the master bedroom. The front decks are a perfect spot to relax while sipping your morning coffee. The backyard is a sanctuary for hummingbirds and other wildlife. You'll feel worlds away while still being very close to hiking and the beach. We only allow 2 vehicles

The Space:
Perfect for families, a group of adults or professionals here for work. The master has an attached ensuite bathroom and the room with a twin/trundle combo are on one side of the house. Walk across the formal dining room and office to the third bedroom and third bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you will need to make a gourmet meal or bake something delicious. The kitchen also has a full-size desk if you need to get some work done and a small dining table to enjoy a meal. The living room is large with a few live plants that give it a homey feel and large windows overlooking the ocean. The view is absolutely breathtaking. 2 vehicles only

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire house and property. There is a tenant who lives downstairs that you may not see. The tenant lives in his own separate apartment that is under the house (no common space). The only common space is the front walkway he uses to get to his home. The entire house, decks and backyard are for your private use.

Cancelation fee: 5% of reservation total with a minimum of $100 fee will be held from all monies received in the event the cancelation falls within our refund and cancelation timeline. This is to cover 3rd party payment fees.
