- two bedrooms (west-facing/sunset view), one with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a bunk bed (sleeps three)
- two bathrooms, one with bath/shower, the other with shower;
- a fully equipped kitchen

- a lounge area with two convertible sofas;
- a north-facing balcony to keep out the heat.
- and a parking space in the building's underground garage, directly accessible from the flat by lift (vehicles up to 1.70 m high).

## Emplacement
Arcachon is a commune of the South-West of France located in Gironde. It is here the opportunity to enjoy activities in the middle of nature through the many hiking trails, bicycle paths and water sports. You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, stroll on the port or take a boat to the Ile aux Oiseaux.
