Welcome to Paradise Beach House Arcadia! Magnetic Island`s newest luxury purpose-built holiday house, located directly across from beautiful Geoffrey Bay on Marine Parade.
This two-storey home boasts 4 generous queen-sized bedrooms, all with their own air-conditioning units, 2 of the rooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs and private ensuites. The layout enables your group to either spend time downstairs in the rec-room playing pool, using their consoles on the 65inch TV, swimming in the temperature-controlled pool, or relaxing upstairs in the spacious living area, on the large covered deck or in the massage chair, watching the waves roll in.
The chefs in your group will love the well-appointed kitchen areas (both upstairs and by the poolside). The upstairs kitchen takes advantage of the open plan living, with a large island benchtop, plus a well stocked pantry with all the staples to make a nice meal. The poolside has its own fully equipped kitchenette, including bar fridge, pantry, dishwasher, sink, plus an extra-large BBQ plate - designed to make cooking for a group a breeze.
Arcadia shops are directly behind the house for emergency essentials, for longer journeys the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. Its central location means it`s only a short walk to the Arcadia hotel, the stunning Alma Bay surf beach (where the Geoffrey Bay snorkel train can be accessed from - keep an eye out for the swimming or nesting turtles!), and the headland where the Rock Wallabies come out to feed nightly.
Music and entertainment can be enjoyed through the Bluetooth Sony Speaker provided onsite. The house has a strict no party policy which will be enforced by the neighbouring caretaker. We ask that you take care to mind the noise levels in the evenings to respect our neighbours.
