Appartamento Donato is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated in an elegant thirteenth-century building. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Donato you will have a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings and of the street below. Appartamento Donato is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a small private terrace, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of the historic center of Arezzo, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the bus stop at 300 meters (990 feet).
Appartamento Donato is located on the third floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Donato. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Kitchen
The kitchen is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include an armchair. The kitchen has two high windows.

Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through a brickwork arched opening. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include two armchairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace with a view of the courtyard and of the surrounding houses through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the street below.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
