Entertainment is at your fingertips with the flat-screen TV offering a wide range of English and international channels, and complimentary WIFI ensures you stay connected. A collection of books is thoughtfully provided for guests to enjoy during their stay. Completing the lounge setup is a modern coffee table, a standard lamp, and a cosy small chair.



A couple of steps lead up to the elegant dining area, where a modern table and four chairs await. Adjacent to this area is the fully equipped kitchen, boasting state-of-the-art appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, tall fridge with a freezer compartment, oven, hob, sink, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.



On the same level, you'll find a convenient downstairs cloakroom with a sink and WC. Ascend the stairs to the upper level, where two comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms await. The master bedroom features a spacious double bed with side tables and bedside lights. Step out onto your own private balcony, equipped with two sun loungers, and bask in the panoramic views of the pool and sun terraces. Another clothes airer is provided here for your convenience. The ensuite bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a sink, while a separate toilet is conveniently located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.



The second bedroom is furnished with two cosy single beds, accompanied by bedside shelves and lights. Its ensuite bathroom also offers a refreshing shower and a sink. To ensure your comfort, air conditioning is available in the lounge and both bedrooms (coin operated).

The owner doesn't allow children under 4 years old to stay in the apartment.



The owner of this apartment also requires copies of the passports for all the guests. This is a legal requirement of the property.

Please note due to new legal regulations in Spain, the owner of this property may require some personal information from guests, including but not limited to the following: copies of passports for all the guests, the guests' home address, mobile telephone number and email address. Also, if children aged 18 years or younger are included in the party, we will need to know the relationship of the children to one adult member of the party. Full flight details will also be required to arrange the key handover.



Please also note that the lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. And no groups of largely under 25 year olds.



Also, to advise that the complex makes a small charge for sun loungers and sun parasols around the pool. As this charge is set by the Community we are unable to advise on the amount, as it is subject to change. But it is possible for guests to look this up themselves.
