The ground floor is organised around a vast living area (which integrates the living room and dining room), a welcoming kitchen, a bathroom, toilets and a night area with two bedrooms.

Upstairs, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a games room constitute a comfortable living space, which will delight its occupants.

The house has a cellar and a garage in the basement.

In the garden, you will enjoy a enclosed plot with shrubs and flowers.



From home, you can also access the Arradon coast in 10 minutes by bike, known for its oyster farmers and oyster tastings, as well as the shops in the city centre. A strategic location, ideal for spending successful holidays in complete serenity.
