Welcome to my suite!

Located in a charming rural area, guests will experience living in a peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful landscapes and fresh air.

The suite is modernly decorated with a warm atmosphere and lots of light. It is delightfully furnished with two comfortable twin beds, air conditioning, TV and direct access to the outdoor area where you can enjoy the swimming pool.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is a lovely lounge with comfortable sofas and chairs where you can relax, watch TV, or read a book.

The suite is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Casa da Música, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
