Once a grand country residence extending over 5000 acres, it has been fully restored by its current owners over a two-year renovation. The Space:

The property offers nine bedrooms and six bathrooms, including an 8-foot circular bed, a triple room, two double rooms with children’s day beds, three additional double rooms, and two twin rooms. Luxury linens, towels, and custom toiletries are provided. The living spaces include a snug overlooking the gardens and the loch, a large lounge with a log fire, and a dining room that seats nineteen guests. The well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar and window seating for fourteen, ideal for shared meals or late-night gatherings. Guests may choose local restaurants or arrange a private chef for part or all of their stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire residence, including the entertainment level with a media cinema room, Xbox One, satellite TV, gym, bar, pool table, and Sonos music system. This floor also leads directly to the outdoor area with an undercover seven-seater hot tub. The property provides direct access to the loch through newly acquired shoreline land.

Located on the shores of Loch Lomond, the area offers a rich selection of attractions including scenic walks in the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, cruise excursions, leisure activities, and local wildlife experiences. Guests can also explore nearby destinations such as Dumbarton Castle, Loch Lomond Shores, the Bird of Prey Centre, Cameron Golf Club, and Cameron House Spa.



Getting Around:

The setting offers peaceful seclusion while still allowing convenient access to the wider region. The estate is an excellent base for venturing to other parts of Scotland, whether by car or local transport options available around Loch Lomond.
