Both Taos Ski Valley and the quaint village of Arroyo Seco are a short drive away. In warmer months, explore the quaint village of Arroyo Seco for shopping and dining against a picturesque backdrop. Hiking, biking, and a range of other activities are all just minutes from your front door.

Highlights of this retreat include shiplap ceilings, hardwood floors, and newly updated features throughout. Prepare your favorite comfort foods in the full kitchen, then get cozy by the wood-burning fireplace. Enhanced by chic mood lighting, the living area is adorned with eclectic decor. Relax on the sleeper sofa while watching your favorite streaming service on the TV. The wood-burning fireplace adds a warm ambience. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances. Available only in warmer months, the back porch is ideal for enjoying a summertime beverage.

THINGS TO KNOW
The building does not have air-conditioning. The unit is equipped with ceramic heaters and standing fans.
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
Firewood is not provided.
The back porch is not available during winter months due to weather-related hazards.
4WD is required in winter months.
There is very limited cell reception at this property. Guests can use the provided Wi-Fi to make calls.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
