This ground floor apartment is located in a residential complex in a very quiet zone and close to the center at the same time. The apartment is very nice, 63 square meters, ideal for 2/3 people and consists of: living room with kitchen, TV, sofa-bed and dining table, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom. Facing the garden an awesome portico with another dining table and a fire place will make your stay special.

POSITION
The apartment is located at the entrance of Baja Sardinia, near the Aquadream (for those with children to bring to the water playground). It is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy their beach holiday in Sardinia, adjacent to the center of Baja, but at the same time close to everything you need for a truly relaxing holiday! In addition to being rented weekly, the house is also suitable for extended rentals from June to September, or monthly. In this case it is possible to have a weekly cleaning of the house without problems. The household linen, (bath towel and bedroom sheets) are provided on your request, (ask at the moment). The closest beach is Porto Sole (Mucchi Bianchi) 500 meters approximately. Partly equipped and free beach, with parking. Just 750 meters. (5min. by
foot) there is a commercial activity center: supermarket, ATM, tobacconist and newsagent, bakery, greengrocer, hardware store, furniture shop, wine shop, boating and sports accessories. The central beach of Baja Sardinia is 10 minute by foot. The beach is partly equipped and free, with a restaurant on the beach, while in its central square, which overlooks the beach, there are bars and restaurants, clubs and shops for shopping, ATMs, pharmacy and medical assistance.
