The nearest beach, that of Liscia di Vacca, is only a 13-minute walk from the property.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and magnificent outdoor veranda.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, TV, bedside tables, chest of drawers, coat rack, armchair and split A/C;

- BEDROOM II MEZZANINE (stairs to access) with French bed, bedside table, fan;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- Semi-covered VERANDA with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, curtains and dining table with chairs accessible from the living room;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, heating and air conditioning via split (ONLY in the living room and in the double bedroom), independent entrance, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron.

A few minutes from the accommodation you will find the beach of Liscia di Vacca, a sheltered and quiet cove, perfect for those seeking relaxation and clear sea. A little further north, the beaches of Cala Pitrizza and Cala del Faro are unmissable, framed by pink rocks and Mediterranean vegetation. Towards the south, you can quickly reach the famous beaches of Pevero and the fashionable Porto Cervo Marina.

We recommend traveling by car to fully enjoy the beauty of the area and move comfortably between the many beaches and attractions nearby.

- From Olbia Station, you can reach the Olbia Corso Vittorio Veneto 3C-CAPOLINEA stop (2 minutes walk) and take Line 604 to the Porto Cervo-Liscia di Vacca stop, a 2-minute walk from the property;

- If you travel by car, you can park for a fee on blue lines (NOT guaranteed), or for free at the Parking in Via della Marina (NOT guaranteed).
