Outside, there is a courtyard with furniture and an enclosed patio with a hot tub, alongside ample designated off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. A shop is 4.6 miles away and a river is 0.6 miles away. The pretty, red brick village of Brailsford lies at the southern end of the Peak District, close to both Ashbourne and Derby.
