Hollington Barns comprises of three beautiful barn conversions. Just outside Ashbourne and only a 20-minute drive from the Peak District, this stunning collection is the perfect choice to explore the Peaks and Dales of Derbyshire with family and friends with everything you will need to socialise and entertain. The space
The Luxury Barn
3 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms / 6 Guests
The open-plan living room features a gas wood-burner effect fireplace and the kitchen is fully-equipped with all the essentials including a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a dining table that comfortably seats 12. On the ground floor, there is a family room with a large double bed, two pull-out beds and an en-suite shower room. There is also a cosy twin room downstairs perfect for small children. Upstairs, the master bedroom is spacious with a king-sized double bed and a separate shower room and toilet. Outside, there is plenty of space for entertaining and as well as a hot tub and BBQ.
The Old Forge
2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / 5 Guests
The barn features a spacious open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and free-standing fridge freezer. The ground floor has a twin room with an en-suite shower room which is perfect for small children. Upstairs, the master bedroom is spacious with a king-sized double bed and a free-standing bath. Outside there is space to sit out and admire the views of the local countryside or dine alfresco.
The Couple's Retreat
1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom / 2 Guests
The open-plan living room is complete with cosy soft furnishings and a flame-effect fire, while the kitchen is very well equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. There is also a spacious king-size bedroom with a wet room. Outside, there is a private garden with a dining table and a hot tub.
We are delighted to offer âThe Spinneyâ, the woodland picnic area at the top of our field, for you to enjoy during your stay. Perfect too for lazy breakfasts, morning coffee and sundowners whilst enjoying the sunshine through the trees.
Guest access
The barns are accessed via a private driveway and guests will be greeted by the owners upon arrival. If you are arriving late keys can be left in the lock box for you to access the property.
Sustainability
The owners provide you with fresh eggs and milk from their local farm and there are plenty of sheep in the nearby fields. The farm is partially powered by solar panels reducing the carbon footprint of the property.
We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.
Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of ÂŁ500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
