Summary:
Freshly remodeled upstairs apartment featuring 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds. We have one bathroom with a shower (no tub). Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Even though this is a small apartment, we have everything you would need for your home away from home including a dual coffee maker, full size fridge, full oven, iron and ironing board, and 2 flat screen TV's.

Dogs are welcome. We charge $20 per dog per night. This fee is requested separately before your arrival.

The Space:
This upstairs apartment features 2 bedrooms. One has a king size bed with wall mounted TV. The second has a queen bed and a king bed with a TV in the corner. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dual coffee maker, full size fridge, full oven, and a dining room table with chairs. The bathroom is large but only has a shower (no bathtub). We do not have a washer or dryer. Some of the ceilings are sloped so watch your head if you're super tall!

Guest Access:
Entire upstairs apartment.

Other Things to Note:
This listing is for the upstairs apartment. The downstairs apartment is rented out short term as well. We do have the option of renting both units for your entire group. Please message me for availability.

Since these apartments are connected by a common wall, sound can travel. We ask both parties to respect our quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Nothing is shared between the two units; just that they are part of the same house. Separate entrances and parking spaces for each unit.
