Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property except the owner's closet in the master bedroom. Parking is available, and the smart lock provides convenient self-check-in.
The Neighborhood:
House is located on the corner of two somewhat busy roads right outside the city limits of Asheville. If you are a light sleeper, plan on bringing some earplugs or a noise machine.
Getting Around:
Vehicle is needed. Uber and Lyft are available. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our properties.
Other Things to Note:
We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
If you have any questions, just message us anytime! Happy to help!
Interaction with Guests:
We are available if you need us but like to give our guests their space so you most likely will not see us on the premises.
