Our Cottage offers everything you need for a memorable getaway: private beach and lake access, pontoon rentals, fully stocked kitchen, new luxurious beds, a heated game-cleaning facility, and convenient dog kennel runs. Relax in our sauna, fire up the 48" gas grills, or stay connected with Starlink. Whether you're here to fish, boat, or simply unwind, our all-sport lake and relaxing atmosphere offer something for everyone.

The space
Built in 2025 on the scenic shores of Dry Lake, Jackson Duroc Cottages offer the perfect peaceful lakeside retreat for groups of up to 12 guests. This listing includes both Dawson Cottage and Napoleon Cottage connected by an optional adjoining door. (Please reference our property layout image for cottage locations.)

You’ll enjoy two fully equipped cottages with an optional adjoining door, offering the ideal blend of privacy and shared gathering spaces. Each cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping 6 guests with brand-new, luxurious mattresses—each bedroom offers a twin XL bunk bed and a single twin XL bed. Extra linens, pillows, and towels are conveniently stored in the closets for your comfort.

Inside, relax in spacious living rooms with cozy fireplaces, full kitchens stocked with everything you need (including a spice cabinet, crockpot, blender, and more), and dining areas that each seat six. The adjoining door connects through the dining rooms, making it easy to gather everyone together for meals while still enjoying the comfort of two separate cottages.

We’ve thought of everything to make your stay seamless—including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, beach towels, and plenty of bath towels. Plus, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, Hulu, and classic board games offer endless entertainment for all ages.

Each cottage also has its own covered porch with a 48" gas grill, comfortable outdoor dining furniture, and firepit area—perfect for enjoying evenings by the lake.

Enjoy direct lake access with a private beach, a boat dock, and complimentary use of kayaks and a canoe. For more adventure, rent our pontoon boat! After your outdoor fun, unwind in our 4-person sauna.

Fishing and hunting enthusiasts will appreciate the heated game-cleaning facility, and dog kennel runs are available to keep your pets comfortable during your stay.

Guest access
Each cottage features a private entrance, leading to a covered back porch. The entryway door is equipped with a lock pad and key.

Guests also have access to all shared areas on the property, including the private beach, dock, sauna, dog kennel runs, and indoor game-cleaning facility. We kindly ask that you be courteous to other guests when using these shared spaces to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay.

Pet Friendly Stays:
We are a dog-friendly property and welcome up to two dogs per cottage. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

For guests traveling with hunting dogs, please be mindful of your dog’s condition after a day in the field. If your dog is muddy or dirty, we kindly ask that they stay in our complimentary on-site kennel runs rather than entering the cottage.

Our kennels are thoughtfully designed with hunting dogs in mind. Each measures 4x8x6 feet, is set on a concrete slab for easy cleaning, and includes comfortable bedding, a protective roof, and 55-gallon drums on each side for added shelter and comfort.
