Just one block from Restaurant Row and a stone's throw from the gondola, this home puts you at the heart of it all—yet feels worlds away once inside. With five bedrooms spread across multiple thoughtfully connected levels, this retreat comfortably sleeps 12 and offers the rare luxury of space in the center of it all—while living like a true home, not a high-rise.

The entry floor hosts three guest bedrooms, each with plush queen-sized beds, Smart TVs, and closets. One guest room includes an en-suite bath, while the other two share a full bathroom. One floor up is the main living area, centered around an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, anchored by a stone wood-burning fireplace and bathed in natural light from oversized windows. A veranda with grill and seating, plus a convenient powder room, rounds out this level.

Travel up a spiral staircase takes you to your private primary suite sanctuary. This level features a king bed, gas fireplace, en-suite bath, A/C (A/C Is only located in the primary bedroom), and the amazing rooftop with front-row sunrise and sunset views over Aspen Mountain. As the sun rises, it bathes Aspen Mountain in sunlight and is the most iconic space to enjoy morning mountain air with coffee in hand.

Please Note: There is A/C in the primary bedroom but not in the remainder of the home. We have dedicated portable tower fans in all other bedrooms of the home.

Parking information: This townhome has two dedicated parking spaces out front. There is also additional paid Aspen street parking nearby. Getting around Aspen is easy with the free Downtowner shuttle for in-town rides and the RFTA buses connecting you to the airport, ski mountains, and neighboring towns. Most of town is walkable, and bike rentals are also widely available.
