**** DETAILED DESCRIPTION *************************************

This fully equipped 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 3 story building, with accessibility to a roof-top. It is an small building with 6 privates apartments. The main entrance of the building is secure with a camera intercom and can be opened with a key that we will give you. Once you arrive on the 3rd and last floor, accessible by elevator or stairs, you enter an intimate and welcoming space of 100 m².

All windows are sliding double-glazed French doors for optimal sound and thermal insulation, along with blackout blinds and mosquito screens for the comfort day and night.

- THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING are fully furnished with everything you need for your comfort. Its colorful decoration, creates a warm and homely atmosphere. You’ll find also access to a free High-Speed WiFi, a large screen TV, a Marshall amplifier that can be connected to your playlist, and a land phone, for your entertainment and communication.

- THE BEDROOM 1 on the courtyard side with its private bathroom and balcony : This room has a door with a key for more privacy. It's a spacious room with a king size and a working desk. For your personal belongings and clothing, you will find a large and convenient closet behind sliding doors with a full-size mirror.

There is a private balcony overlooking the courtyard, trees, and the mountain. It’s accessible from the bedroom and has a table and 2 chairs.

The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and has a large shower, sink, pro hair dryer, quality towels, soap and shampoo. There are 2 little windows with frosted glass.

- THE BEDROOM 2 on a quiet street side with a private bathroom and shared balcony : This room has a door with a key for more privacy. It's a spacious room that can be set up according to your needs, either with a king size or twins, (for more details, see "beds setup" section). You will find a console with a bench and mirror that can be used as a vanity table. For your personal belongings and clothing, you will find a large and convenient closet with a full size mirror.

There is a shared large balcony area with the living room overlooking a quiet street with trees. It’s accessible from the bedroom and has a table and 2 chairs.

The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and has a large shower, sink, pro hairdryer, quality towels, soap and shampoo. There is a little window with frosted glass.

- THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with a window and balcony overlooking the courtyard, trees and mountain. The main equipment includes: Induction hobs (4), oven/grill, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge-freezer, water-boiler, toaster, plates, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils and all that is needed for creative cuisine.

A bar separates the kitchen from the living room, featuring two stools for shared moments with the cook.


**** USEFUL INFORMATION *************************************

MORNING ESSENTIALS AND COOKING BASICS :

To avoid going to the market upon your arrival, we provide you with free basic condiments (sugar, salt, pepper, herbs, spices, oils, etc.), and some basics to have for your breakfast (espresso, coffee, tea, etc).

This remains a limited service to prevent you from running when you arrive in the apartment for the first few days.


BEDS SETUP :

Your beds will be prepared with care and with a quality of linens cotton satin. The pillows and the duvet are appropriate and comfortable.

- IN THE BEDROOM 2, the beds can be setup according to your needs. With 2 single beds of 90 cm x 200 cm each, or by assembling the 2 single beds to make a king size bed of 180 cm x 200 with its mattress topper for optimal comfort. Our mattresses are of high quality and very comfortable.

- BABY-SET (see Additional Costs section) : This service includes a cot / playpen with fitted sheet, a changing mat with cover towels. The cot / playpen will be installed in the bedroom 1.


ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATION :

- Wi-Fi networks : High-Speed wireless Internet unlimited access.
- A large flat screen TV with Netflix.
- Marshall amplifier, including Bluetooth connection with your Smartphone, MP3 player, tablet and your computer to listen to your music playlist.

WASHER MACHINE AND DRYER :

To wash, dry and iron your clothes, you will find a washing machine, dryer, table and iron located in your apartment, including detergent to wash your laundry.

A powerful air-conditioning is in the living room, dining room and the two bedrooms.

COMFORTABLE AND ADJUSTABLE GAS HEATING :

The apartment features a centralized gas heating system that provides consistent and high-quality warmth throughout. Heat is distributed via metal radiators installed in every room, ensuring independent control from other apartments in the building. Each radiator is equipped with a valve to adjust the flow of hot water, allowing you to customize the temperature in different areas. For example, you can maintain a higher temperature in the living spaces while lowering it in the bedrooms for better sleep quality. Additionally, both bathrooms are equipped with their own radiators, ensuring a warm and cozy atmosphere for your private bathroom experience. For added comfort, the system includes a mobile thermostat located in the living room, ensuring optimal heat distribution. Of course, this thermostat can be adjusted to suit your specific needs.

**** GREEK REGULATIONS *************************************

As a company, we are required to report to the Greek authorities, the income received via Airbnb, along with the name of the main guest, their passport nationality, and passport number.
Therefore, at the time of your check-in, we will ask you to fill a form with some information.
