Whether your stay involves work or recreation while in Athens, enjoy the ample space and fine furnishings offered by this apartment. One bedroom and two bathrooms provide up to three guests space and privacy.

The open floorplan comprises the living and dining areas adjacent to the kitchen and a fabulous large balcony. The three separate dining areas offer guests the choice of al fresco dining, the indoor dining area, or eating in the kitchen.

The living room offers plenty of seating. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors flood this space with natural light and provide a lovely view of the nearby trees.

The sleek, modern kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. It has full-size appliances that include a refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven. There are necessities like a coffee maker and electric tea kettle. You'll also find items such as dishes, pots, and pans for convenience. While you can eat in the kitchen, you might enjoy the experience of dining al fresco on the balcony!

The stylish and spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, television, plenty of storage, and direct access to the outdoors via a large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door. The sofa converts easily into a comfortable sofa bed for one guest.

There is a modern full bathroom with a tub as well as a half-bathroom/WC. Both are well-appointed.

The Neighborhood:

The area:

Kifissia is a lovely northern suburb of Athens, with roots steeped in ancient history dating back to the Greek philosophers. There are two bus stops within two blocks, north and south, of the apartment, and it's 30-minutes or less into the heart of Athens.

Many of Kifissia's wealthy residents choose to live here rather than in the city. Restored nineteenth-century mansions and villas reign elegantly along quiet tree-lined streets. There are several squares and parks, offering a leafy respite from the city. There are numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants along the shaded streets of Kifissia. There are plenty of things to do on the entertainment side, including a mall, Cinemax Theater, bowling center, and bars. The Mall Athens is about 1.3 miles away. Helexpo - Kifissia is 1.7 miles, the Golden Hall and Olympic Stadium (O.A.K.A.) are both 1.8. But many visitors find that a pleasant stroll along Kifissia's pretty, tree-lined streets is often entertainment enough.

The nearby mountains offer cooler weather, which is why many wealthier Athenians own second homes there. You can head over the mountains to find the fabulous beaches of Attika.

Athens is home to two UNESCO World Heritage sites: the Acropolis and the medieval Daphni Monastery.
