The Space:
The studio is the smaller of the building’s 2 ground floor studios; because the building is on a sloped lot, the flat has a long “first floor” balcony.

It has just been entirely renovated and designed, as well as nicely furnished and fully equipped to meet all the comforts one misses when away from home.

The main living space consists of a double bed, a sofa, and a small desk with useful shelf space above it.

The entire wall to the left of the studio’s entrance contains sufficient storage space; the hallway ends at the elegant open-plan kitchen, with a small fridge, microwave oven, ceramic cook top, coffee maker, as well as all necessary kitchenware. A small breakfast table in front of the kitchen counter meets the needs of 2 people.

The bathroom contains a fitted wooden cupboard, while the shower is separated by a glass partition.

The studio is air-conditioned making it suitable for year-round occupancy. Bed linens & towels are all provided, along with a complimentary toiletries' welcome pack.

The Neighborhood:
This cozy studio is ideally located just 2 blocks away from the sea, in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Palaio Faliro, a residential area with friendly residents.

Palaio Faliro is a conveniently situated green, coastal neighborhood, only a short bus/tram ride to the city centre and directly en-route to the Piraeus port and International airport.
Palaio Faliro has much to offer; discerning visitors will be impressed by the variety of amenities available.

The main street Agiou Alexandrou (just a block away from the apartment) offers a variety of local shops/boutiques, supermarkets, bakeries, delicatessen shops, organic food mini-market, cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, solarium, Pilates studio, gym, hairdressers, laundries, travel agencies etc.
All local beaches are easily accessed both by tram or on foot along the magnificent promenade.

The Flisvos park and marina are also close by. During summertime an open air cinema operates in the park providing relaxing evening entertainment. The marina offers a variety of music bars /cafes and restaurants open all day and night.

Day trips, by boat to the Saronic Islands of Aegina, Hydra and Poros depart from the Flisvos marina daily during the summer season and at designated times off season.

The weekly Friday open market (laiki), selling fresh fruit and vegetables is a fascinating experience for any curious visitor!

Getting Around:
All public transport and taxis can be accessed from the "Flisvos" bus stop on the main coast road, 3 mins walking distance down the street from the apartment.
- Airport bus X96 (direct service), every 20-30 mins, duration 45 mins, fare 5 euros
- Piraeus port bus services B1, 101, 217, duration 15-20 mins
- City centre bus B2, duration 15-20 mins, fare 1.40 euros
- Tram services also provide easy access to beaches as far out as Voula and connections to Syndagma/ city centre.

Tickets can be used on all public transport for a duration of 70 mins, and can be purchased at local kiosks.
