The main floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace, beautifully decorated to create a warm ambiance. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area and a kitchen, fully-equipped with anything you might need to prepare your meals during your stay. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all air-conditioned for optimal comfort. The first one with an ensuite bathroom, fitted with shower, and a comfortable queen bed. The second one also features a queen bed and on this level there is also a second bathroom with shower for additional ease. Up the stairs, you are lead to the cozy, quaint attic room that includes a single bed. The property's configuration makes it perfect whether you are a family or a group of friends! Elevate your entertainment with three 75inch TVs, plus a projector for movies, a game console and a sound system! The property's outdoor spaces are equally welcoming. The private swimming pool, the sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The garden area includes BBQ facilities and a dining table, perfect for al fresco meals!
