For food lovers, the villa includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a traditional wood-fired oven, creating the perfect setting for memorable gatherings.

Inside, the villa offers bright and modern living spaces, including a contemporary kitchen with a large island on the first floor, as well as a second kitchen on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and garden. Both are fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Large windows fill the home with natural light while showcasing the surrounding landscape.

Multiple terraces and balconies provide peaceful spots to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze. Each bedroom features its own outdoor seating area, perfect for private moments while taking in sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and the Athens Riviera. Set in a tranquil residential enclave of Lagonissi on the prestigious Athens Riviera, this property offers privacy, natural beauty, and easy access to the sea. The area is defined by elegant villas, quiet streets, and lush Mediterranean surroundings, creating a peaceful retreat close to the coastline.

The nearest seaside access is a 7 minute walk, leading to small, unspoiled coves with crystal-clear waters, perfect for relaxed swimming away from crowds. Organized beaches and beach bars are within a 5–10 minute drive, including the renowned Grand Resort Lagonissi which is in 7 minite walking distance.

A short drive (5–8 minutes) brings you to excellent seaside dining options such as Galazia Akti, Akrogiali, and Captain’s House, along with cafés and relaxed bars along the coastal road. There are few local tavernas within walking distance (3-15 minutes), such as Kyra Popi for fresh seafood, Three Fat Cows for burgers, Capri for Italian Cuisine, Pita Lagonisi for the famous Greek Souvlaki and Barba Giorgis for seafood dishes and local specialities.

Supermarkets, bakeries, and daily essentials are just 3–5 minutes away, with additional services in nearby Kalyvia.

Athens city center is 50 minutes away and the airport 25–30 minutes, making this an ideal base for a refined and peaceful coastal stay. The Temple of Poseidon is a 40-minute drive away.
